Who We're Looking For

Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus)
Experienced agents ready to elevate their production and their client experience
Self-starters who also want to be part of a supportive, in-person team culture
Agents with experience in — or looking to grow into — the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to every transaction
